Sites and workspaces
Sitepaste is organized into workspaces and sites.
Workspaces
A workspace is the top-level container. It holds your sites, your media library, your team members, and your billing. When you create an account, you get your first workspace automatically.
You can belong to more than one workspace, for example one for your personal blog and a separate one for work, and switch between them from the dashboard.
Roles are simple. The workspace owner manages billing, team members, sites, themes, domains, and API tokens. Members can edit pages and media, but cannot change site settings or the subscription.
Sites
A site is a single website with its own theme, pages, and address. The Free plan includes one site per workspace. Pro includes two, and you can add more for a monthly fee per site.
Your yourusername.sitepaste.com address serves the workspace’s default site. Additional sites are reached through their own custom domains.
Because sites are separate, you can run a photography portfolio and a written blog from the same workspace without their content mixing. The dashboard works on one site at a time; you switch the active site from the site menu.
Media is shared
Media is the one thing that lives at the workspace level rather than the site level. A file you upload is available to every site in the workspace, so you never upload the same image twice. See Media.
